Brian K. Fitzpatrick hails from Columbus, GA, and believes in the transformative power of people and their personal progress. As CEO of J330Life LLC., a minister, a certified life coach, leadership consultant, trainer and now author, Brian has turned his passion for helping others reach their full potential into a craft and his foundation of faith is the fuel that makes everything go.

In 2013, Brian received the revelation for the RESET Coaching Model. This model is the approach Brian uses to teach, train, coach and impart into leaders in life and business, helping them to as he often says, “get better at who you are so that you can get better at what you do.” From this came the launch of The Leadership in Two Minutes Podcast which produced its first episode in 2019. It can now be found on Spotify, Anchor, Apple, Google, iHeart Radio and Amazon podcast listening platforms.

In 2021, Brian published his first book The 50 Day RESET, Life Lessons for Achieving Your Goals One Day at a Time. This book provides opportunity for readers to guide themselves through the RESET model in a structured way with the use of a variety of teaching tools. In 2022, he published his second book and first e-book titled “Nothing Wasted.” In this book Brian shares with readers from the core thought. “Nothing that you have been through or will go through will be wasted.”

Brian artfully enhances the effectiveness of leaders in life and business with one on one coaching and Immersive workshops like RESET Leadership and Building Highly Effective Teams which showcase Brian's extensive expertise in professional, personal and process development, outcome frameworks, organizational operations, and organizational capacity building across working groups that span from the C-Suite to the front line.

He brings over 25 years of professional, coaching and mentor experience along with an assortment of qualifications related to the life-changing work he does including Certified Right Path facilitator, Executive leadership Program Certificate through Boys and Girls Clubs of America and The University of Michigan Ross School of Business, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and is licensed as a minister.

Non-Profit and faith-based organizations will always hold a special place in Brian’s heart because of the mission focus they have. Today he works with several as a coach and consultant to provide support around leadership development, culture building, team dynamics and conflict management just to name a few. Brian’s legacy statement is to simply be able to say, “I helped people get better at who they are so that they could get better at what they do in life and in business.”
