Hi my name is Brian Fitzpatrick and welcome to the J330Life.  J330Life was born out of a moment as I sat by my son Elijah's beside one night.  I did this every night that God allowed him to be with us.  I remember that night because it was a night in which Elijah did not want to go to sleep but just laughed and laughed and I heard a still small voice say to me "these are the moments that I have used to define your life."   So here we are. As an experienced leader, coach and facilitator, I believe that the greatest contribution that any person can make in life or leadership is to live a life that helps to prepare the way for someone else. 

 From this the 3 Pillars of Living the J330Life were born. To Inspire people to understand themselves so they can build better relationships, To Empower people to set goals and take actions and To Encourage people to simply keep pushing towards being the best they can be.  I see things through lens of the bible and use it as my guide but I always want to provide practical application so that we can all grow. So don't be surprised if you see quotes here that are right out of the book!
