Leadership Matters Lessons is an  onsite or online Lunch and Learn series designed to help your team address crucial  “How To's” of leadership.

How To: Lead Like Me, Hold People Accountable, Motivate People/Implement Change, Develop My Team, Manage My Time and  Improve Communications. 

 

Each session has interactive discussion as well as activity take away work. In the How to Lead Like me session, participants will complete a free leadership style assessment and learn about their natural leadership style.

Workshops 

3P Leadership

Leadership can be a very broad and sometimes confusing space, especially for new and emerging leaders.  In 3P Leadership you will learn your default leadership style,  the Purpose, Power and Position of Leadership and set the vision for the leadership legacy that you want to leave.

Building Highly Effective Work Teams

Have you ever been working on a team project and had a robust to do list that you churned through, checked lots of boxes but at the end, you found yourself wondering why the project was not
further along?  The team took lots of action but found that those actions were not effective in getting the desired results.  In Building Highly Effective Work Teams, participants will explore “The Law of Effectiveness” which defines 7 intentional actions needed to be a high performing team. The session includes engagement activities, interactive discussion and the use a Simple Self-360 to help each participant as an individual, identify blind spots and actions they can take going forward to make their team and themselves more effective.

Right Path is a two part personality profile that will help you identify your natural hard-wired behavior.  As a Certified Right Facilitator, I have personally used this tool to coach numerous leaders out of a struggle based focus into working through their natural strengths.
